1997-1999

Establishing the enterprise with great efforts and developing at a high speed Three-year plan #1

At the beginning of the establishment of the company, it was the time when Asian financial storm occurred. In the adverse market, Evergrande Group seized the opportunity and adopted the strategy of “short development time, low price, and fast construction and sales”. With the development concept of “priority on the environmental supporting facilities”, the first project Jinbi Garden created the sales miracle that the buyers queued to buy the houses even at nigh and the daily income reached a hundred million yuan. After that, through the hard work for three years, Evergrande, in 1999, stood out from over 1,600 real estate enterprises then in Guangzhou, and ranked among the top 10 enterprises of Guangzhou for the first time.


2000-2002

Practicing hard for tamping the foundation Three-year plan #2

After the rapid development for over three years, in 2000, Evergrande Group began to put forth efforts on effectively integrating the resources and standardizing the development process, and began to pay attention to the management for promoting the beneficial results and for supporting the future development. It developed and reserved several projects at the same time in Guangdong area, and developed and sold several projects of the Jinbi series one after another such as Jinbi Palace, Jinbi New City, and Jinbi Century Garden. In 2000, the ranking of Evergrande in Guangzhou rose to No. 6.


2003-2005

Secondary startup of the enterprise, expanding projects in the whole country Three-year plan #3

After the rapid development for over three years, in 2000, Evergrande Group began to put forth efforts on effectively integrating the resources and standardizing the development process, and began to pay attention to the management for promoting the beneficial results and for supporting the future development. It developed and reserved several projects at the same time in Guangdong area, and developed and sold several projects of the Jinbi series one after another such as Jinbi Palace, Jinbi New City, and Jinbi Century Garden. In 2000, the ranking of Evergrande in Guangzhou rose to No. 6.

2006-2008

Marching towards the world with leap-forward development Three-year plan #4

Evergrande has substantively leaped in the scale and brand by strategically developing about 50 projects in more than 20 major cities such as Guangzhou, Tianjin, Chongqing, Shenyang, Wuhan, Chengdu and Nanjing. Evergrande has also achieved supernormal noticeable development in the first-rate management team and the successful development mode, thus winning the favor of international capital tycoons. Evergrande has accumulatively raised the capital of more than 1 billion USD in the international capital market, thus becoming the benchmark of Chinese real estate enterprises in internationalization.


2009-2011

Steady operation to scale new heights Three-year plan #5

Evergrande has substantively leaped in the scale and brand by strategically developing more than 200 projects in more than 120 major cities such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing and Shenzhen.On November 5, 2009, Evergrande was successfully listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On the same day, the close price of its shares appreciated by 34.28% than the issue price, setting a record of the total market value of 70.5 billion Hong Kong dollars, making the Company a mainland enterprise with the largest market value in Hong Kong.In 2010, the Company has succeeded in issuing bonds worth USD 2.75 billion, setting a record of the largest scale in the global bond issuing of the real estate enterprises in China, with the full-year sales volume of 50.4 billion yuan.In 2011, the total assets of Evergrande reached 179 billion yuan and a sales figure of 80.4 billion yuan, which enabled Evergrande to be the top one on such core indicators as sales area, number of area under construction, number of cities on the layout.Its brand value has reached over 21 billion yuan.


2012-2014

Deepening Management Keeping Steady Growth Three-year plan #6

In 2012, Evergrande stepped into the stable growthperiod, fully implementing the policy of management-oriented benefit, settingthe planned target of annual increase by 30% in the sales volume, main businessincome, core profit and other core indicators, and strengthening the teamconstruction and enterprise culture construction by expanding the commerce andhotel industries and developing the sports and culture industries to furtherimprove the Evergrande's brand and to ensure the sustainable and steadydevelopment of the Company.

By the end of 2013, Evergrandehad a total asset of 348.15 billion yuan with as annual sales volume of 100.4billion yuan, and was ranked top in the eight core indicators such as businessrevenue, construction area, completion area, project layout and cash balance.In 2013, Evergrande implemented a great strategy to reach a strategic cooperationwith Harvard University and Tsinghua University..

2015-2017

Tamping foundation and diversifying developmentThree-year plan #7

In 2015, Evergrande started the seventh "three-year plan" themedby "solid foundation, diversified development".Evergrande willcontinuously consolidate the industry basis of *housing benefiting people'slivelihood* and will make great efforts to improve the industrial distributionof diversified development like finance, internet, health ,tourism, culture andsports and other diversified development of the industry layout. In July 2016,the company name was officially changed into *China Evergrande Group*, rankingto 500 in the world, and becoming the world’s largest real estate enterprise.
